Our Approach

We are a boutique interior and exterior design studio specializing in residential and select commercial projects, with a focus on new construction, renovations, and furnishings. Our work balances thoughtful aesthetics with meticulous execution.

We often describe ourselves as construction designers, reflecting our hands-on involvement throughout the build process. From early architectural planning through final installation, we collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and subcontractors, remaining actively engaged on site to guide decisions, resolve challenges, and ensure the design vision is carried through at every level.

We provide design-led project oversight throughout construction. Our role gives clients clarity and confidence, knowing there is a trusted partner advocating for their vision from start to finish. Through careful coordination, material integration, and real-time problem-solving, we ensure each project is not only beautifully designed, but seamlessly brought to life.

We primarily serve clients in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and Palos Verdes in Southern California, and are deeply familiar with the architectural styles, permitting processes, and construction landscape of the South Bay.

For select projects, we also offer virtual design services, allowing us to collaborate remotely when appropriate.
